About Nancy Angermeyer

Thank you for your interest in my photography. I am trained in the fine arts first most as a painter and teacher. As a self taught photographer I used the camera as a tool to create collages to paint that were large, colourful, and surreal. I have worked in advertising and graphic design; I play the cello and love to cook. A fine art background along with an eye for detail and design helps bring a unique vision to my photographs.

I share my studio with water, sky, distant islands, trees and goats.

I like people, design, the environment, nature and us in it. I love what I do and take my roll as a photographer seriously. Whether photographing people at a wedding, a special gathering or business I look to capture expressions that are most true.  A rapport must develop quickly and we rely on each others trust. I watch for the nuances in relationships; expressions that often appear quickly and are gone. I look for the light, the detail and surprise. These are your memories, your passions your work and we have fun together making them.

Wedding packages start at $1200. A full day starts at $3000.
